• Vanity unit & basin – complete with a quality sink and mono mixer tap with pop-up waste

• Toilet suite – WC with soft-close seat and dual-flush cistern for convenience and water efficiency

• Flooring – fully covered in durable click LVT, available in a range of styles and finishes

• Walls – choice of full panelling with robust boards (variety of designs) or tiling to your preference

• Ceiling – fully finished in white gloss or matt UPVC for a clean, low-maintenance surface

• Heating – chrome towel rail with straight or angled radiator valves

• Lighting – standard central light fitting, with the option to upgrade to modern spotlights

• Finishing touches – all waste and rubbish removed as part of the service
